Oded Tal
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tal serves as Chief Executive Officer of MAX since September 1999. In his role in MAX, Mr. Tal has overseen numerous operational improvements projects and led MAX's organizational growth to its current position as the leading operational improvement services provider to the semiconductors industry.

Prior to joining MAX, Mr. Tal held senior management positions in the Semiconductors industry from 1994, and held operation management positions in the automotive industry from 1987. Mr. Tal holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven.

Mr. Tal also serves as the Chairman of the Board for the MAX Group as well as serving on the board of several industry and NGO's'.

Ariel Meyuhas
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Meyuhas brings over 17 years of experience and innovation in the Semiconductors industry in various roles including Factory and site management. In his current role, Mr. Meyuhas is responsible for all operational and business aspects in the company influencing a global network of employees and clients. Mr. Meyuhas is a member of the MAX board, the AMAC advisory committee to the Fab Owners Association (FOA) and various other organizations.

Mr. Meyuhas holds a B.Sc. degree in engineering from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Paul Campbell
Vice President of Operations Europe

Managing a consulting firm for 8 years, Paul Campbell brings over 20 years of continuous improvement experience from a variety of industries including Electronic, Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical. Within MAX Paul has successfully program managed improvement activities across three continents, now focusing on EU buisness development. Prior to MAX, Paul worked for a number of different Blue Chip companies holding positions in Industrial Engineering as well as Operations Management.

Mr. Campbell holds a honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle Polytechnic, UK.

Glen Brownlie
Vice President of Operations Asia

Glen Brownlie brings over 15 years of experience in the Semiconductor and LED industries to MAX. Previously he has held a broad variety of positions in multinationals firms over three continents, including Process Engineering, Quality, Operations and General Management. Glen has significant management experience in Asia, including factory construction, transfer and startup, as well as running multiple successful operations improvement programs in high-tech environments. In his current role he is responsible for business development in the Asia Pacific region, including implementation, management and supervision of client projects.

Mr. Brownlie holds an honors degree in Physics from Heriot-Watt University, UK.
