MAX Black Ops™ Phase 2 Launch
April lst 2013 - Old Tappan, NJ USA

MAX's C.E.O. Mr. Oded Tal announced the successful conclusion of MAX's' Semiconductors Industry oriented lean program, code name MAX Black Ops™.
The program created by Mr. Isaac Tal together Mr. Ariel Meyuhas the company's C.O.O. and Mr. Oded Tal the company C.E.O. to create the MAX Lean Six Sigma Program, and take Lean Manufacturing to the next level. The MAX Black Ops™ team created a program focusing on the semiconductors industry unique challenges and complexities.

Phase One, the certification of top management was successfully concluded , in Phase Two and all MAX project managers and consultants will be certified by the end of Q3 this year. The black belt certification will be part of the new hire training package from that point on.

NXP Semiconductors commissions MAX to study Nijmegen fab

MAX will perform an ORE™ study focusing on cost competitiveness covering all manufacturing aspects including labor, process, equipment effectiveness and manufacturing execution systems

Allegro accepts MAX New Facility Design
