Global Foundries Gmbh selects MAX I.E.G. to provide IE services for a period of seven months to support the aggressive ramp of the Dresden Fab.
The 7 man team will support in creating a better tool install and qual scheduling process and streamline the IQIE packages for key tools.
The MAX team joins the exiting Global Foundries team in one of the most aggressive capacity and technology ramps ever achieved in semiconductors manufacturing.
The team combines "The Critical Chain" and "Hidden Critical path" theories to create the MAX master schedule and shorten install and qual times

Philips Lumileds asks MAX to improve Dutch operations

Northrop Grumman commissions MAX for MES selection process

MAX International Engineering Group is proud to assist NG space technology division in the selection and design of a new MES system, MAX was selected based on its industry BKM database and its improve the process first approach.
